Greetings from IMA Pune. Our new team has taken over from 1 st April 22.
With all the many accolades received by IMA Pune at State and National levels due to phenomenal work done by previous teams and Presidents, we will continue the legacy and see the crowning glory shine further.
We wish to improve our image in Society.

Over the last 5-6 years, our fraternity all over India is facing many problems, including MedicoLegal mishaps, unjust FIRs unjust new laws, and amendments regarding our profession which lead to an increase in violence against healthcare. Obviously, we were shocked, worried, and disturbed. For us a safe, calm, and secure atmosphere are desirable.
With deepest heartfelt condolences to Dr. Archana Sharma a Dausa, Rajasthan based gynecologist, who was running a maternity home for 25 years saving lot many lives, but who was made to commit suicide under severe stress and pressure, due to an unjust FIR of 302 slapped on her when she couldn’t save the life of a 22-year-old 4 th gravida with previous three female children, and who had a natural complication of heavy post-delivery bleeding called Post Partum Haemorrhage, we start our year with the THEME: PROTECT YOUR HEALERS.
I also propose to work on four basic principles… Innovate, Inspire, Impact, Influence to achieve New Mindset, New Result. That forms this year’s logo.
